3. Payment Terms

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including any underground utilities or other potential hazards. Clients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for landscaping work.

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or other factors beyond our control. Plants and other living materials are not typically covered under warranty due to factors beyond our control, such as weather and maintenance practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reems Creek Outdoor Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
